The rules: Pick 15 video games that will always stay with you. Tag 15 friends, including me, because I'm interested in seeing what games you pick. To do this, go to your Notes tab on your profile page, paste the rules into a new note, cast your 15 picks, and tag people in the note.

These aren't in any order, I posted them as I could think of them.

1.) Shadow of the Colosus (2005, PS2) is an absolute masterpiece, it's a beautiful game with so much depth. It also has some incredibly epic moments; how many games have moments when you jump off your speeding horse onto a flying behemoth and bringing crashing down into the sand? It's simply amazing, and a work of art.

2.) Battlefield 1942 (2002, PC) was my first real online game and first person shooter. The hours that I spent playing this game with my Dad and friends cannot be replaced. I can't think of another FPS games that I've put more hours into, and the gameplay is great to boot!

3.) Starfox 64 (1997, Nintendo 64) is another game that holds fond memories with family, I've spent countless hours with my cousins trying to beat each others high scores. It's also probably my most quoted game. "What the heck?!"

4.) Super Smash Brothers Melee (2001, Gamecube) may  not be the original SSB game, but it is certainly my favorite in the series, and a game I will always remember fondly. Litterally hundreds of hours have been poured into this game with my cousins and friends, beating at each other. And those 99 stock battles are so epic and memorable. If you've played it, you know what I mean. :P

5.) Pokémon Red Version (1998, Gameboy) was the first game that I could call my own, and certainly one of my favorites of all time. I never had the patience to "Catch 'em all", but I did have a blast leveling up the Pokémon that I had. You never forget your first, and I'll never forget you, Charmander.

6.) Metal Gear Solid Series.  (1998 - 2010, Multiple Consoles) There isn't much I can say that hasn't been said countless times. I absolutely love the tale spun by Hideo Kojima, and the incredibly long cutscenes are certainly to be remembered. The story is so dramatic and epic. I really can't do it justice.

7.) Tales of Symphonia (2004, Gamecube) was the first RPG that I really played; and I absolutely loved it. The story was so engrossing, and the gameplay was such a huge step up from the turn based fighting of Final Fantasy. I was genuinely blown away by the fast paced real-time combat.

8.) Tales of Symphonia may have been my first RPG, but it wasn't my favorite. Kingdom Hearts (2002, Playstation 2) is without a doubt my favorite RPG, and one of the more memorable games I've ever played. The story is so deep, the characters are so lovable and it has such a seamless blend of Disney and Final Fantasy. There is so much depth in this game, far more then I could cover in this note; I love the symbolism.

9.) The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (1998, Nintendo 64) was my first adventure in Hyrule, and certainly not my last. Ocarina of Time had me absolutely hooked from the begining. Everything in this game is beautiful; the world, the characters, the music and the story. It's a breath taking game that I will never forget.

10.) The Resident Evil Series (1998 - 2010, Multiple consoles) has always been one of my favorites, back when I was five years old watching my Dad play the game, I'll never forget the dog jumping through the window in the hall way of the mansion. And now when I've put over 100 hours into Resident Evil 5 with my cousin Nathan.

11.) Jak and Daxter Trilogy (2001 - 2004, Playstation 2) filled my teenage years with joy, I was in the hospital quite frequently in my early to mid teenage years, and the Jak and Daxter games really helped take me away from it all. The world was a joy to explore, and Daxter is so loveable, and even when they decided to give Jak a voice, it didn't take a way from the game. It simply opened up new doors for a wonderful story.

12.) Final Fantasy X (2001, Playstation 2) was the first game to make me cry. A lot of people said the voice acting was bad and the love was really cheesey, but I tend to overlook those things when I start to care about the characters. I loved your party in this game, the character interaction was great, and the ending brought tears to my eyes. I was absolutely shocked when I noticed I was crying, haha. And now I cry in lots of games, so it's no big deal anymore.

13.) Animal Crossing (2002, Gamecube) was simply, pointless, and addictive. I loved planting flowers, picking weeds, catching fish and decorating my house. Paying off those debts to Tom Nook was so satisfying, and I wish my house could look like that in real life. I've spent hundreds of hours playing this game, but they were hours well spent.

14.) Left 4 Dead. (2008, PC, Xbox360) The first one, not the second. Although the second is great, I didn't get into it nearly as much as the first one. I had so many great moments in this game with my friends online. We played this game into the ground, and I'll never forget how much fun we all had together trying to beat No Mercy on Expert.

15.) Ragnarok Online (2002, PC) is my absolute favorite MMO game, I would take it over WoW any day. I was so hooked on this game, I loved the class system and the art style. The Norse mythology was fascinating, and I loved exploring the world. Not to mention, I made one of my best friends EVER through this game.

Now, these aren't my top 15 games. There are LOTS of games that I've probably forgotten or neglected to add in. These are just the most memorable games to me at the moment.

Internet Update

I have not internet right now! I'm updating via my Wii. Awesome, huh? Anyways, once I get my computer connected to the internet, I'll work on drawing again. I need a new hobby besides video games. Maybe I'll actually get good at it. :O

I want to...

I want to draw a picture of Noel Vermillion, but I'm afraid I'll butcher it, and that would not be good! I want it to be an original pose, but I can't draw very well without a reference, so I probably will not be drawing anything... Anyways. Modern Warfare 2 is addicting, I feel like I lose a tiny bit of dignity everytime I talk about playing that game. It's worse than crack! Stupid generic but fun multiplayer modes!
Anyways, I'm only really updating this because the last time I did was October of last year, kind of pathetic if you ask me. :(

New uploads!

Yeah, I actually uploaded something that isn't a screen shot. To be honest, I'm not comfortable about posting them, I'm not confident in my drawing skills. I don't know how long I'll keep them up, but lets hope I do! Anyways, a new KH Birth By Sleep trailer from TGS has been released! I love it, I want to draw something from it, but due to extreme suckiness, don't expect anything.

Here's the trailer: www.gametrailers.com/video/tgs…
